I will definitely be returning to ADS next time I need anything

I took my A7 here to have an oil leak diagnosed and repaired. ADS went over and above in my opinion. I tried to get the leak covered by Handler Protect as I had this warranty included with the car. I was skeptical but as it was included I thought it was worth trying, especially as the warranty clearly states oil seals and gaskets are covered. To cut a long story short the warranty company made me and ADS supply every hourly rate, quote, MOT, service history, etc that you can imagine, made us sit on the car for 3 working days (they won't pay out until they have approved the claim, and state any work started before a decision invalidates the claim) then didn't approve any of the works. Handler Protect warranty is not worth the paper is written on. ADS then completed the job promptly (after I told them to crack on and that the warranty company were time wasters), fixing the oil leak and pointing out a couple of other items. Their communication was really quick and they kept me informed and aware of all the works involved and the total cost so there were no surprises. They even pointed out a potential small coolant leak, and quoted me in advance but advised not to do it yet. Their vehicle health check is really thorough. I will definitely be returning to ADS next time I need anything. 👍👍👍
